Prompts: MYTHOLOGY, SHAKESPEARE, RUN

“What do you think, idiot? We’re losing?” Draco grabbed the other boy’s arm. “Run!”
“Losing?” asked Blaise. “how can we be losing?” They dived behind a tree.
Draco scowled. “I can’t help feeling we’re the bad guys here.”
Blaise stared. “Really? But how?”
“You know how my dad likes to quote Shakespeare? All that ‘look like th’ innocent flower but be the serpent under ‘t crap?”
“Yeah. Always sounds dead classy.”
Draco sighed. “Well, it turns out that from mythology – particularly biblical – the snakes are on the evil side.”
“Oh.” Blaise scratched his head. “Shit. Who’d have thought it?”
