For the first time ever, the society hosted its own version of the Triwizard Tournament. Each term we will had one Triwizard event with the goal of crowning one house the winner at the end of the year.
The Tasks
Cardiff Scavenger Hunt - finding locations across the city centre (in the rain!) by working out Sphinx-worthy clues.
The PlayZone Challenge – a trip to Swansea’s PlayZone and a more athletic challenge.
The Maze - journeying far over the land (well, to Wiltshire) and battling to find the centre of the hedge maze.

The Final Task
The four houses waited anxiously outside the entrance to the maze. Then, one by one, they were sent off.
Hufflepuff were the first to make it to the centre of the maze, clinching the victory from Ravenclaw by mere seconds.
A little while later, Gryffindor joined the other houses and that was when the wait begun. How long would it take for Slytherin to get to the tower.
Eventually, and after being watched for quite a while, the Slytherins finally made it to the centre of the maze, in the same good spirits that you always find them in.
