In December 2005, we met at the Talybont Social for a Yule Dinner.
The society holds regular quiz and games nights, with prizes and house points for the winning teams.

 In a feat of patience that would impress even a Hufflepuff, the society went to London for the premiere of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire in November 2005. It was cold, it was wet and we got there just before four o’clock in the morning. Of course, it was also an amazing experience and we managed to get some pictures and autographs from the stars of the film.  For Halloween 2005, the society went on a pub crawl (in costume, naturally). It may have been raining, but we did learn something: Muggles + alcohol = a potent combination. |
